How much is shipping and how long does it take?

Standard shipping is a flat $12 USD; Plus and Pro members ship free. Delivery is typically 3–5 business days domestically and 7–14 days internationally after dispatch.

Can I return a kit?

Yes — unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days. Opened consumables and hygiene items (liners, filters, refills) cannot be returned for health reasons.

How do memberships work?

Plus and Pro are recurring subscriptions billed monthly or yearly in USD, with member pricing, shipping benefits and a quarterly refill box for Pro. Cancel anytime; benefits do not carry over between periods.

Are these products a waste-collection service?

No. Sortwell sells sorting and storage products only. We do not collect, transport or dispose of waste, and products are for non-hazardous everyday materials only.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, which never shares your full card number with us. Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
