Shipping & Delivery Policy

Standard shipping is a flat $12.00 USD per order. Plus members receive standard free shipping and Pro members receive express free shipping, applied automatically at checkout.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

• Domestic: typically 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• International: typically 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs.
• Larger items (for example the Balcony Compost Tumbler and Garage Bulk Sorter) may take slightly longer.

These are estimates, not guarantees; carrier and customs delays can occur.

We ship with established parcel and freight carriers appropriate to your destination and item size. Once your order is dispatched, we email a confirmation and, where available, a tracking link.

Prices are in USD and exclude import duties or taxes. For international orders, your local authority may charge duties or taxes on delivery, which are your responsibility. Please check your country’s rules before ordering.

Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses. If a parcel is returned as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may incur an additional shipping charge.

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time, contact support@johgramet.shop with your order reference. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
